Jacob Solomons

Jacob joined Green Dock as a Partner in 2023. His expertise in real estate valuation, asset management, and asset stabilization allows the team to identify opportunistic investments and implement value-add strategies. He specializes in equity, debt, and structured credit investments in industrial real estate assets. Jacob previously served on the Industrial Logistics team at Eastdil Secured advising sovereign wealth funds, REITs, and private equity firms on complex portfolio and M&A transactions of $100M - $3.5B in gross asset value. Prior to Eastdil Secured, he underwrote and monitored B-piece commercial mortgage-backed securities across all major asset classes and geographies for Rialto Capital.

Jacob’s network of real estate contacts spans numerous markets and sectors. He graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in Legal Studies and a minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
